Lucy Spraggan became one of the most loved X Factor contestants of all time with her original song Beer Fear and she's kept a loyal fan base since her appearance on the contest in 2012. However, the singer, 30, is now barely recognisable from those X Factor days, amazing fans with her brand new look. She wowed fans when she took to TikTok to show off her impressive body transformation which has left her with rock hard abs and a toned physique.

In a series of throwback snaps shared with a remix of Taylor Swift's Look What You Made Me Do, the star can be seen at the very beginning of her career before ones of her new look. Now with blonde locks, she wears a striped bikini, showing off her killer abs and tattooed arms in one pic. In another, she wore a bright orange, figure hugging, dress paired with white Dr Martens and flexed her now-muscly and toned arms.The singer overhauled her life by cutting out booze entirely, cutting down on what she ate and completing intense workouts.
Fans clearly loved seeing the transformation with comments flooding in. One penned: "Look amazing before and now but your smile now is everything. Complete happiness.
