X Factor finalist Amelia Lily has opened up to fans about an ongoing health issue which keeps her awake "all night," after suffering for seven years. Amelia, 28, shared a post on her Instagram Story about an injury she has been suffering with since 2016 and asked for recommendations from anyone with similar problems.The singer, who found fame on the ITV talent show in 2011, wrote: "I've been suffering with a shoulder injury now since 2016 and it's got worse and worse.
"I've had scans and x-rays and was diagnosed with a problem but my only options were physio, steroid injections and pain killers." "And even the steroid injections won't stop the ongoing problem apparently," she continued, before adding: "The pain literally keeps me awake all night sometimes." Amelia finished her post by asking for advice as she said: “Can anybody at all with a similar problem please recommend anything? Literally any help would be massively appreciated."
