With the summer well and truly underway people across the UK will be looking to find out the best ways to keep our sweaty bodies under control and what the top tips are for staying cool.
Chaffing legs can often be a downside of the hot weather and one hack which has been touted in recent years is to apply talcum powder to the inside of your thighs, in order to absorb sweat and prevent the legs from rubbing together.
