Instagram followers for her latest upload.Loz Fitness has more than 60,000 fans on the platform where she often shares her words of wisdom.Previously, the blogger shared tips to grow your booty by eating more and what workouts to try.A recent upload saw her share two photos – one of which she was eating 1,000 calories – while the other was 2,000.In the one where it was less calories, Loz said she was under eating and restricting herself.But next to that photo she claimed she was eating all foods and until she was full.Her caption read: "Take this as proof that you don't need to starve yourself to achieve your goals."I used to believe that to lose fat, you had to under eat, cut out all carbs, do excessive cardio and eat extremely cleanly."I lived my life like this for quite some time, silently suffering but continuing on as I thought losing weight would make me happy."Let me tell you know, you do not need to do any of those things."She revealed how life should be enjoyed and there should be no limitations to your diet.Loz also said these are the most rewarding journeys and people will soon realise how much they can eat.The influencer even advised fans to try a "reverse diet" which is when you slowly increase your calories back up to maintenance.She said: "When we're finished we will take the calories back down and you will see yourself losing weight at such high calories!"Since she shared the advice to her fans, her post racked up over 2,000 likes and hundreds of comments.One said: "Thank you for this!
