Woman accused of forcing man to have sex cleared after saying she was too 'lazy'

A college student accused of forcing a man to have sex with her has been cleared of the charge, after claiming she was "too lazy" to have committed the alleged offence.
Imogen Brooke burst into tears in the dock and thanked jurors after they took just one hour to find her not guilty, on her 31st birthday, reports the Daily Mirror.
Miss Brooke had denied the charge of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent at her flat in Southampton, Hants, as well as claiming she couldn't have also given her alleged victim a non-consensual love-bite during as she "can't multitask".
The court has heard a "very drunk" Brooke was feeling "horny" when she wouldn't take no for an answer and allegedly committed the offence on the man, whose protests were allegedly going "in one ear and out the other".
She allegedly told him: "You may be saying no but your d*** is saying yes". A jury at heard how at the time of the alleged offence, Miss Brooke weighed 24 stone.
The defendant told the jury that her weight at this time was a contributing factor to why she could not have committed the crime. She claimed the actions she is accused of committing would have been logistically difficult due to her size.
She told the court: "No, I'm not comfortable with my body, because I'm bigger than most people. I'm a big girl and I'm not confident of my weight, or any part of my body."
She said: "I weigh 22st now but at the time I weighed 24st."
Miss Brooke told the court that on the night in question, the two - who met online - had returned back to her flat. She said: "I let Lexi my dog out, put some onion rings on and put the TV on because that's what I usually do - and because I like food, especially when I've drunk.
