The death of DJ and producer Erick Morillo has been judged to be the result of an accidental overdose in a preliminary report by the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner Department.According to Mixmag, the report lists the cause of death as “acute ketamine toxicity”, with MDMA and cocaine also listed as contributing factors.
