Wigan band, The Lathums, have secured a second UK number one in the Official Charts with their album 'From Nothing To A Little Bit More'.
The album, which was released on March 3, topped the UK chart, beating off competition from the likes of Northampton rapper slowthai and singer-songwriter Mimi Webb. The Wigan rockers previously topped the Official Albums Chart with 2021 debut studio record 'How Beautiful Life Can Be', dethroning Canadian superstar Drake from the top spot.
The top position means the four-piece have now achieved a feat of back-to-back Number One albums alongside peers such as Arctic Monkeys and Blossoms. The band, made up of Alex Moore, Scott Concepcion, Ryan Durrans and Matty Murphy, formed in 2018 when they met at The Music Project in Pemberton.
