The latest series of Dancing on Ice is underway, with a whole host of celebrities ready to show off their new-found skating skills.
Ben Foden is one of the stars taking to the ice this year, alongside Love Island's Liberty Poole, Olympian Kye Whyte and Coronation Street actress Sally Dynevor.
A Chester-born sportsman, Ben, 36, is currently a rugby union player for Rugby United New York (RUNY) in Major League Rugby (MLR).
He has played both as a fullback and a scrum-half, winning 34 caps for England between 2009 and 2013.

The star began his career by playing for Cheshire and North of England U16s, and England U16s. He then went on to play for England U19s, and England Counties.
Ben married The Saturday's star Una Healy in 2012 and they have two children together, nine-year-old daughter Aoife and six-year-old son Tadhg.
But the couple divorced six years later, in 2018.
Ben went on to marry American socialite and entrepreneur Jackie Belanoff-Smith - and they've been wed for two and a half years.
They married in Massachusetts, just weeks into their relationship.
Businesswoman Jackie runs her own company, The Goddess Line, selling fragrance oils, candles and soap.
She has also tried her hand at acting, starring as an extra in 2013 film And After All and 2015 film At Home with Mystic Meg, reports Hull Live.
On his participation in Dancing On Ice, Ben told OK! Magazine: "I've been asked a few times but I could never do it with my rugby schedule.
"It's the chance to do something that is completely out of my comfort zone and I've done very little of in the past."
