The family of a six-year-old girl who tragically lost her battle with a rare form of brain cancer have told of their heartbreak.
Frozen fan Acacia Surridge-Hill died peacefully at her home in Crewe, Cheshire, as the snow fell on Sunday, November 28, CheshireLive reports.
Acacia was diagnosed with the rare brain tumour in September last year.
She leaves behind mum Carly Surridge, aged 32, stepdad Ben Hardy, aged 26, and brother Landon Surridge-Hill, aged nine.
