Paul McCartney joined forces with Bruce Springsteen as he wrapped his ‘Got Back’ US tour in New York last night (June 16).McCartney welcomed The Boss onstage at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey as a “birthday present to myself” to perform the latter’s 1984 classic ‘Glory Days’ before the pair played The Beatles‘ ‘I Wanna Be Your Man’.

Jonathan Cohen Paul McCartney welcomed Bruce Springsteen  tonight (June 16) at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., for a performance of the Boss’ anthem “Glory Days” and the early Beatles tune “I Wanna Be Your Man.”Springsteen appeared 29 songs into the show, the last on the North American leg of McCartney’s “Got Back” tour. He previously performed “I Saw Her Standing There” with McCartney at the latter’s Aug.

Coldplay’s Chris Martin joined puppet group The Weirdos for a performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night (June 10).The puppet band was created by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, and recently signed to Atlantic and Parlophone Records.The Weirdos’ singer, Angel Moon, has been joining Coldplay on their current tour to sing ‘Music Of The Spheres’ track ‘Biutyful’. Martin returned the favour for the alien puppets’ Tonight Show appearance, sitting on a raised platform, playing acoustic guitar and trading verses with Angel Moon.Meanwhile, Moon’s bandmates Donk, Sparkman and The Wizard “played” bass, drums and keys for their debut TV performance.

Michele Amabile Angermiller Coldplay capped off a two-night stand at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Sunday night (June 5) with an appearance by the Garden State’s own Ambassador, Bruce Springsteen.The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer took the stage with the band for a pair of songs, “Working on a Dream” and a spare arrangement of “Dancing in the Dark,” the lead single off his 1984 album “Born in the USA,” which was released 38 years ago on June 4. At one point, Springsteen — looking fit in a light blue shirt — strapped on an acoustic guitar while Coldplay frontman Chris Martin accompanied on piano.

Metallica made an appearance at San Francisco Giants’ baseball match with the New York Mets yesterday (May 24).The metal veterans returned to their hometown to perform the national anthem and see singer James Hetfield throw the first pitch. Bruce Springsteen will hit the road joined by the full E Street Band for the first time since 2017 on a 2023 world tour.The Boss will reunite with Gary Tallent, Roy Bittan, Max Weinberg, Steven Van Zandt, Nils Lofgren, Patti Scialfa and more with North American arena dates in February. He’ll head to stadiums in Europe from late April and then back to the States in August.At this time, only European dates have been revealed with details for North American, UK and Belgium dates yet to be revealed. The European tour will include shows in Spain, Ireland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Austria.

NEW YORK -- The Boss is hitting the road again, and the band is coming with him.Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band announced Monday that they will begin an arena tour in February in the United States, followed by stadium shows beginning in April in Europe.Few details about cities the rockers will visit were announced, but it'll be the first time the group has toured since wrapping The River Tour in Australia in February 2017.“After six years, I’m looking forward to seeing our great and loyal fans next year," Springsteen said in a statement.The European concerts will begin April 28th in Barcelona. Other stops in Europe will include Dublin, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam and Copenhagen.
