Vernon Kay calls Strictly his and Tess Daly's 'third child' ahead of new series

Heart Skips a Beat singer Olly Murs has showed off his incredible body transformation after overhauling his diet and exercise regime. The former X Factor star, 38, took to Instagram to show some before-and-after shots and it's clear to see that he's been putting in the work as he showed off rippling abs, pecs and bulging biceps in the after shot. Not only were the physical changes evident, but Olly was beaming in the second shot, clearly proud of his achievements.

Tess Daly has given fans a first look at the return of Strictly Come Dancing. Fans are currently waiting for the much-anticipated return of the BBC One dance contest which will burst back onto screens with the launch show next Saturday, September 17.

The countdown is on for the 2022 series of Strictly Come Dancing and fans were been given a glimpse behind-the-scenes as filming got underway on Tuesday. Shirley Ballas and presenter Tess Daly shared a series of snaps on instagram, with the 62 year old head judge revealing a look inside her dressing room. Shirley was dressed down in a simple, short black ensemble as she practiced some moves in front a mirror ahead of the show's much-anticipated return.

It is arguably the toughest show in telly and a fresh bunch of famous faces are set to take it on. Of course, we can only be talking about Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins which is making a much welcome return to Channel 4 on Sunday night (September 4).
