It was also confirmed that his former talent agency YMU had parted ways with the presenter following the news of the affair, which was not illegal. He will no longer host the British Soap Awards next week.
Nigel said the statement meant that there could be more "revelations and some more negativity coming out. If an agent drops someone and uses the words honesty and integrity, that’s not good."
Vanessa managed to keep herself composed through the chat as she nodded her head whilst her guest discussed the contents of the statement.
