Several buildings at the University of Manchester are closed off today after a burst water pipe caused serious flooding.
A major incident was declared by United Utilities after a water main burst near the university campus on Oxford Road at around 5am.
Emergency services have been working at the scene throughout the day and road closures remain in place.
