BET has revealed the premiere date for Tyler Perry’s The Oval season 2 and the television debut of Madea’s Farewell Play.

This year, the Board of Governors will bestow the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award to both Tyler Perry and the Motion Picture & Television Fund (MPTF).
