A TV psychic has claimed that Princess Anne "saw straight through" Meghan Markle when she became part of the royal family.
The only daughter of the late Queen, Princess Anne is often considered one of the hardest-working royals thanks to her dedication to helping charities such as Save the Children.
There is often a comparison drawn between the Princess Royal and her late father, the Duke of Edinburgh, because of how similarly good they are at being able to read character.
The Mirror reports that TV psychic Debbie Davies believes that Princess Anne's transparency means that she could see Meghan "for what she was" when she was introduced into the royal family.
She even told the Daily Star that it was a "disaster waiting to happen" - even before her and Prince Harry revealed they were stepping down from their royal duties in January 2020, causing uproar within the family.
Debbie explained: "Princess Anne is fabulous, she just gives everything that she thinks away on her face.
"She doesn't need to say anything, you can see it in her eyes. You take one look at her and you can see what she's thinking, she's totally transparent."
She continued: "Princess Anne is just like her dad was, Prince Philip could see straight through Meghan Markle.
"He could see her for what she is and so could I, on their wedding day I just sat there shaking my head. I was stood there saying 'This is a complete and utter disaster waiting to happen'."
Debbie also said that Meghan had a "brass neck" for going through the infamous Oprah interview, and then celebrating the Jubilee with the other royals.
