With temperatures reaching the high twenties this weekend, it’s safe to say that summer is still with us! But while the sun’s latest appearance may be a welcome change from the recent grey skies, keeping cool and dealing with the heat has once again become a hot topic of conversation. Although it may be tempting to reach for a chilled glass of Aperol Spritz or a classic Pimm’s to cope with the warmer weather, it’s time to take things to another level with a boozy ice lolly.
Not only are alcoholic ice lollies delicious, but they’re a refreshing treat that certainly pack a punch. With that in mind, OK!’s Victoria Gray is on hand with a mouthwatering cherry flavoured gin ice lolly recipe, meaning you don’t even have to search the shop shelves for the last remaining frozen snack.
