Tribeca Festival Unveils Talk Lineup With Paul McCartney, Conan O’Brian, David Fincher, Steven Soderberg; Harry Belafonte Social Justice Award To Jane Fonda

Steven Soderbergh and writer Ed Solomon have already teamed up twice: the first time for HBO‘s experimental murder mystery series “Mosaic” in 2018, then for 2021’s “No Sudden Move.” Now the duo work together again on “Full Circle,” Soderbergh’s latest limited series for Max, ready to debut on the streamer this July. The first teaser for Steven Soderbergh’s return to TV for limited series “Full Circle” has finally arrived, and we’re questioning everything.The limited series, which premieres July 13 on Max, follows couple Clare Danes and Dennis Quaid as they search for their kidnapped son amid some shady coincidences. In the teaser, Danes receives an ominous phone call from a caller who calmly informs her “we have your son.” Danes immediately alerts the authorities and the family gears up for an intense day of questions.“I just wanted to asked about the ties between you, your family and Guyana,” an investigator (Zazie Beetz) asks Danes.

Max has set a summer premiere date for Full Circle, a limited series from director Steven Soderbergh and writer Ed Solomon, starring Claire Danes, Zazie Beetz, Jharrell Jerome and Timothy Olyphant, among others. The six-episode series will debut with two episodes on Thursday, July 13 on Max, followed by two episodes weekly leading up to the finale on Thursday, July 27. Max also released the first trailer. Patrick Frater Asia Bureau Chief Warwick Thornton’s “The New Boy” has been set as the opening title of next month’s Sydney Film Festival, which will celebrate its 70th edition, June 7-18. Chris Willman Senior Music Writer and Chief Music Critic Dolly Parton has revealed all the pertinent details about her long-promised “rock album,” titled “Rockstar,” including a 30-song track list, Nov. 17 release date and literally dozens of celebrity guests — including Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr joining her for a cover of the Beatles’ “Let It Be.” The vast majority of the 30 tracks on the fall release will include at least one feature from a big-name artist, and in some cases two. Brandi Carlile and Pink will be joining Parton on the Rolling Stones’ “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” while Emmylou Harris and Sheryl Crow will be her guests on a song most popularized by Linda Ronstadt, “You’re No Good.” The force of metal will be strong on the song “Bygones,” where Judas Priest’s Rob Halford and Motley Crue members Nikki Sixx and John 5 will join her crew. Lizzo and Sasha Flute will put some wind into her sails on Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven,” even as Steven Tyler and Warren Haynes put their heads together with the Jackson 5 cover “I Want You Back.” And the aforementioned “Let It Be” won’t just include the two surviving Beatles; it’ll also feature turns from Peter Frampton and Mick Fleetwood.

Project Runway is celebrating 20 years of the reality competition series with an “All-Stars” edition set to premiere on Thursday, June 15 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. The network announced that the premiere will be two parts and you can watch a preview of the upcoming season in the video posted above.
