Post Malone Cancels Boston Show, Says He’s in Hospital With ‘Stabbing Pain’ From Stage Tumble

Chris Willman Senior Music Writer and Chief Music Critic Post Malone’s fall through a stage trap door during a concert last weekend may have resulted in injuries more serious than they first appeared, judging from the performer’s description of extreme pain he was suffering Saturday night that caused him to cancel a concert in Boston at the last minute. The performer posted to fans on social media Saturday evening that he was in the hospital with “stabbing pain” and would be unable to go on as scheduled at Boston’s TD Garden. Given that he was apparently still being examined, no word was offered on whether future dates are expected to go on as scheduled, with his next show being three days away in Cleveland. Country star Tim McGraw takes a tumble at his concert and falls into fans

Tim McGraw accidentally took the whole "Just To See You Smile" thing a little too far at his Arizona concert this weekend when he fell off the stage while performing one of his hit songs. While singing his song, "I Like It, I Love It," at the Boots in the Park concert, the country crooner had almost too much rhythm while trying to recover from kneeling on the stage then moving into a squat position and subsequently allowing himself to tumble back into the crowd. In videos captured by fans, the 55-year-old tries to maintain his balance when he eventually just gives in and falls backward.

Post Malone Apologizes to Fans After Falling Through Stage at St. Louis Concert: ‘I Got My Ass Kicked by Myself’

Thania Garcia Post Malone received medical attention after an accidental step caused him to fall through an open trap door onstage during his show Saturday night in St. Louis, Mo. at the Enterprise Center. Malone had started to sing “Circles” and was stomping down the stage’s ramp when he evidently missed the hole that his instrument had just been lowered into, according to an original report by St. Louis Post-Dispatch. A team of medics appeared on stage to aid his injuries for several minutes as fans lit up with confusion. Before he stood up to be escorted offstage, the singer addressed fans for the first time and asked them to give him a few minutes, promising that he would be returning. Audiences waited for approximately 15 minutes until Malone slowly walked out, holding onto his ribs.
