Neighbours fans can officially get excited as some more soap favourites will officially be returning to the revived show, set to premiere later this year. Fans of the long-running Aussie soap were left devastated when it was announced in February 2022 that Neighbours was coming to an end after a 37-year run, with a tear-jerking final episode aired on Channel 5 later that year.

Season 2 of the holiday comedy picks up with the Calvin family back in the North Pole as Scott Calvin continues his role as Santa Claus after his retirement plans were put on pause when failing to find a worthy successor in season one. Now that he and his family have saved Christmas, Scott is finally able to put his focus toward training his son Calvin to eventually take over the “family business” as Santa Claus.

Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Tom Wilson recently reunited to celebrate the beloved film at Fan Expo Portland, which ran from Feb. 17 to Feb. 19. The stars shared their reunion on Instagram, with Thompson posting several photos and videos from the event. “Wow honestly had the best time today with my [‘Back to the Future’] family…so many fun fan moments too and a llama,” the actor wrote. In the videos, the group references some of their characters’ famous lines, including Wilson saying, “Hello, anybody home?” while playfully knock on Thompson’s noggin.

Shayeza Walid Acclaimed New York-based theater director Tina Satter has worked on productions on and off Broadway for more than a decade. Now, in her first ever venture into film, Satter makes her directorial debut with “Reality,” starring Sydney Sweeney, based on Satter’s play “Is This a Room.” The film premiered Saturday at the Berlin Film Festival with Variety critic Jessica Kiang calling it a “clever, gripping docudrama.” For Satter, who co-wrote the screenplay with James Paul Dallas, making this movie was always in the books. Angelique Jackson Baseball fans are getting a first look at “Reggie,” a new documentary which chronicles the life and career of MLB Hall of Fame player Reggie Jackson. Described as the “definitive, first-hand account of the five-time World Series Champion, beloved New York icon and one of baseball’s most influential superstars,” “Reggie” will premiere March 24 on Prime Video. Directed by Emmy-winning filmmaker Alexandria Stapleton (“Shut Up and Dribble” and FX’s “Pride”), the documentary chronicles the ’70s sports megastar’s story, in his own words, as he contemplates his legacy as a “trailblazing Black athlete fighting for dignity, respect and a seat at the table.”

EXCLUSIVE: Elizabeth Allen Rosenbaum and Elizabeth Gabler are looking to reunite as Deadline is hearing Rosenbaum is coming on to direct an adaptation of of Jessica Anya Blau’s bestselling coming-of-age novel Mary Jane for Sony and Gabler’s 3000 Pictures. Rosenbaum and Gabler along with Erin Siminoff, who is also at 3000 Pictures, worked together on Aquamarine and Ramona and Beezus for Fox 2000. Blau will adapt the script.
