A thug who launched a ‘disgraceful’ tirade of racist abuse at a police officer has avoided jail.
Ryan Parker, 35, raised concern from members of the public after acting aggressively and chasing two men in Oldham.
Officers were called to the scene and approached Parker, who was still behaving in an abusive way and instructed him to get on his knees, Minshull Street Crown Court heard.

Five police officers are being investigated after allegedly sharing vile jokes about Katie Price's disabled son Harvey.The Sun reported the officers have been placed on restricted duties following allegations they shared "inappropriate material" on a WhatsApp group.
