Three men have been arrested after a pensioner allegedly paid more than £100,000 for building work which was 'poor and incomplete'.
Just after 3pm on Tuesday (September 14), officers received a report raising concerns about the large amount of cash a man in Tameside had spent on building work.
Officers attended and spoke to the 74-year-old, who police said was due to hand over a further £37,000
