Angus Spalding was arrested on suspicion of the murder of his partner, Sarah Fleming, after she was found unresponsive at a flat they shared in Mesnes Road in Swinley on Thursday August 6.Mr Spalding, 48, was released under investigation by officers investigating Ms Fleming's death.
