The This Is Us series finale aired tonight and fans are having all the feelings on social media about it. The final episode said a goodbye to the characters they’ve grown with over the past six seasons, and brought more emotions about the death of the matriarch of the Pearson family, Rebecca.

Brown), Kevin (Justin Hartley) and others said while paying tribute to Rebecca (Mandy Moore). “It was scripted very much after what I experienced at my mother’s funeral, which was I spent all night staying up writing the eulogy,” he shared with Variety. “I went out of body and don’t remember any of that ceremony, let alone the week following.” Dan went on, “In this script, it was simply written that we would process the funeral with Randall, he would float through space and time and he would not hear a single word.Read more on justjared.com
