‘The Witcher’: Henry Cavill Exits Series & Liam Hemsworth Recast As Geralt For Season 4

Henry Cavill said it’s always been “very important” to maintain his ties to Superman, with the actor just recently being able to announce his return as the Kryptonian Kal-El. He tells Deadline, though, that for a moment, he’d had to accept that whatever future he might have with the beloved DC character was outside of his control.

While the “Twilight” series made Robert Pattinson a household name and catapulted the actor to superstardom, he wasn’t author Stephenie Meyer‘s first choice as Edward Cullen. Instead, Meyer envisioned another British heartthrob in the role, Henry Cavill.

Sure, “Stranger Things” star Millie Bobbie Brown led the movie, and Netflix gave it a sequel and called it a hit, but don’t they do that with everything? But the reality is, in case you missed it, and it feels like some more cynical audiences thought it might not be for them, “Enola Holmes” was absolutely delightful.
