January is often a month of healthy eating, with Christmas dinners and booze swapped for healthier alternatives.
However one country pub close to Greater Manchester's border with Yorkshire has basically said 'sod that' - by launching an absolutely outrageous breakfast challenge.
The Black Ladd pub in Shaw has dubbed the monster meal 'The Super Six Belly Buster' and it has certainly earned its name.

There are six sausages, six rashers of bacon, six fried eggs, six hash browns, six pieces of black pudding, mushrooms, tomatoes and a hefty portion of beans.
If that isn't enough, you can mop it all up with six halves of toast and the same number of fried bread slices.
Anyone who can polish the breakfast off in less than 30 minutes will get it for free but it costs £29.95 to unsuccessful challengers.
As someone who enjoys a challenge, as well as food, I optimistically thought I'd give it a whirl.
Thankfully, the pub allows you to make any swaps when you book in over the phone so I decided to opt for no tomatoes, as I'm just not a fan.
As a Boltonian, it was my first visit to the pub and it was absolutely lovely inside. I was sat in a quiet corner, between a cosy fire and a window looking out towards the beautiful countryside.
The magnitude of the challenge that lay ahead only truly dawned on me when I was confronted with the breakfast itself, served on a massive wooden chopping board.
I thought I'd ease in by dunking my toast in the egg but the yolks were firm so I instead decided to put the egg on the toast to try and kill two birds with one stone.
