The One Show host Alex Jones relishes rare 'me time'

Alex Jones fought back tears on Monday night as she paid tribute to one of her The One Show colleagues.The 43 year old dedicated the end of the episode of the hit BBC One show to Charlie Mott, who died suddenly over the weekend. Charlie – whose cause of death is yet to be revealed – was a researcher for the chat show, and had been working on The One Show for two years.
