Custody will go to Lockwood unless another family disputes under the probate court. The judge did not yet officially grant the request for dismissal.Lisa Marie married Lockwood -- her fourth husband — in January 2006.

Jordan Moreau “The Last of Us” actor Gabriel Luna is ready to return as Tommy for Season 2 of HBO’s hit adaptation, and he teased a bit of what to expect at HBO Max’s “The Last of Us” SXSW Conversation over the weekend ahead of the Season 1 finale. Luna plays Tommy, the younger brother of Joel (Pedro Pascal), who joins the Firefly rebels and lives in a safe, civilized settlement in Jackson, Wyo. He’s first introduced in the Episode 1 opening flashback, where Tommy, Joel and Joel’s daughter Sarah (Nico Parker) escape the cordyceps fungus outbreak in Austin, Tex. — which is coincidentally Luna’s hometown and the location of the SXSW festival. Twenty years later, Tommy reunites with Joel in Jackson after Joel transports Ellie (Bella Ramsey) across the country. Tommy is now settled own, married to his wife Maria (Rutina Wesley) and has a child on the way.

BreAnna Bell Jason Ritter has signed on to join CBS’s “Matlock” pilot, Variety has learned. He’ll portray Julian, the son of the head of the firm, who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. However, he’s not to be underestimated. “Diligent and persistent with a lot to prove, he’s at odds with prioritizing his family and balancing his career. He always considers the good of the firm, even if it pushes the boundaries between his work and personal life,” reads the character’s description. Ritter joins previously announced cast members including Kathy Bates as Madeline Matlock, Skye P. Marshall as Olympia, David Del Rio as Billy, Leah Lewis as Sarah.

Jason Ritter is set as a lead opposite Kathy Bates in CBS’ drama pilot Matlock, a new take on the classic legal TV drama that starred Andy Griffith. The new show comes from Jane the Virgin creator Jennie Snyder Urman and NCIS: Los Angeles star Eric Christian Olsen. Ritter rounds out the series regular cast for the pilot. In the final minutes of the episode, Joel decides to take Ellie away from the hospital, where her immunity to the deadly cordyceps fungus could’ve provided a cure, but in performing the operation, she would’ve died. Amid a hail of bullets from Firefly soldiers, Joel makes his choice to take Ellie back to Jackson, Wyo., and massacres nearly everyone in the hospital.

Michael Lockwood has formally asked the court to appoint him as guardian ad litem so he can represent his twin daughters' interest in Lisa Marie Presley's trust battle.According to legal docs, obtained by ET, Lockwood filed the legal documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday and said he should be appointed as the guardian to represent 14-year-old twin daughters Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood and Finley Aaron Love Lockwood in an upcoming hearing in probate court, which is slated for April 13.In the documents, Lockwood notes he wants to officially be appointed as the twins' guardian because «the minor is a beneficiary of a trust at issue before the probate court in the above-referenced case. The minor requires appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent her interests in the proceeding.»He added, «There is no conflict regarding appointment because the proposed guardian is not a beneficiary of the trust instrument at issue.»Harper and Finely each signed the form consenting to Lockwood being their guardian.This is the latest development in Lisa Marie's ongoing trust battle.
