The King: Eternal Monarch star Lee Min Ho flaunts gift from Jung Il Woo; Cast wraps filming of K Drama series

The South Korean entertainment industry has seen numerous relationships make and break with time. However, there were two break ups that we couldn't completely get over: Lee Min Ho and Suzy Bae, and Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin.

Rumours arose that Song Joong Ki might be dating someone following his divorce with Song Hye Kyo. The actor, who has been busy with his upcoming projects, was rumoured to have found love again but this time, it wasn't an actress from the South Korean industry.

Honey Lee And Yoon Kye Sang have broken up. The two South Korean stars, who have been in a relationship for seven years, have now decided to part ways.

Woo Do Hwan has impressed viewers with his double role in The King: Eternal Monarch. The actor plays a mellow, composed and protective Captain Jo Young, who is tasked with supporting and protecting Lee Min Ho's character Lee Gon.

The King: Eternal Monarch premiered its 15th episode over the weekend. With just one episode left of the Lee Min Ho starrer series, the pre-finale episode solved numerous mysteries regarding the show.

South Korean viewers haven't warmed up to The King: Eternal Monarch. The K-drama series was deemed one of the most anticipated shows of the year, especially since Lee Min Ho was making his comeback following his military training.

The actor plays Emperor Lee Gon on the series. The actor shares the screen with Kim Go Eun for the first time. While the ratings in South Korea haven't met the expectations, Min Ho is leaving no stone unturned to deliver a memorable performance. 

There is no way to sugarcoat this. The King: Eternal Monarch hasn't been the best K-drama of 2020.

There are no two ways about it: Lee Min Ho oozes the regal vibe in The King: Eternal Monarch. The South Korean actor marks his return to the small screen after completing his military enlistment with the SBS drama. Although the K-Drama series is getting mixed reactions from fans, Min Ho still holds a special place in everyone's hearts. However, a BTS fan reimagined the series with the band's eldest member Jin. The ARMY member took to Twitter to share their views with a poster. 

While Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun's chemistry in the spotlight of The King: Eternal Monarch, fans are enjoying Woo Do Hwan's bond with Min Ho and Go Eun off-screen as well. The actor plays dual roles in the show. In the Republic of Korea, the actor essays the role of Jo Eun-Sup, a happy-go-lucky public worker, who shares a little brother like relationship with Go Eun's Jung Tae Eul. Whereas in the Kingdom of Corea, the actor plays the chief royal guard Jo Yeong who protects Min Ho's Lee Gon. 

has been struggling to retain viewers. The Lee Min Ho starrer Korean drama has been recording an unstable viewers' rating in South Korea. The SBS show recorded its worst rating over the weekend with the premiere of its ninth episode on Friday. However, the graph rose a little on Saturday, with the premiere of the tenth episode. Nevertheless, the most anticipated show of the year hasn't matched up to the expectations, bowing down to its competition The World of the Married.

Several South Korean pop singers, including BTS singer Jungkook, have come under fire after reports revealed the pop idols were spotted in Itaewon a few weeks ago. JK along with ASTRO singer Cha Eunwoo, NCT member Jaehyun and SEVENTEEN‘s Mingyu were spotted enjoying a night out in the neighborhood of Itaewon, which became the hotspot for the recent resurgence of the coronavirus in South Korea.
