Chef Taylor Persh has created one of the most unique restaurants we have ever been to – and Perez has eaten at the best of the best, all over the world! 20,000 Leagues at Lost Spirits Distillery – within the  Area 15 complex in Las Vegas – is fine dining as a show! Everything has a purpose and a vision! From the food to the service to the cocktails, dinnerware, music, ambiance – the entire package. This is a 16 course tasting tour-de-force filled with surprises and thought-provoking explosions of taste. The passion exuding from that intimate communal experience was inspiring! We are not exaggerating when we say that seeing Peaches‘ 20th anniversary The Teaches Of Peaches tour at Area 15 in Las Vegas is easily one of the major highlights of Perez’s life. It was THAT GOOD! We went to our favorite restaurant on the planet – Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres, at The Sahara. We went for the first time to Jean-Georges Vongerichten‘s Prime at the Bellagio and were able to eat on the waterfront and watch the fountain show! And (another first) we capped off the evening at Mastro’s Ocean Club at The Shops at Crystals. We were taken by limo everywhere and lots of fancy cocktails were had! Truly an unforgettable evening!!! Perez went to the opening of Martha Stewart‘s first ever restaurant, The Bedford at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Sin City. And what ensued was… quite the saga! Unfortunately. Thankfully, though, Magic Mike LIVE at The Sahara DELIVERED! And we even managed to squeeze in some bull-riding at Treasure Island‘s Gilley’s Saloon. You have to watch  this vlog! It’s real wild!!!
