Police believe the murder of a 16-year-old boy was preceded by a high speed car chase.
It is thought the victim was in a car which was pursued by a second vehicle.
The chase is thought to have started in Moss Side, Manchester, and ended in Old Trafford, where the boy was stabbed to death in Norton Street.
