A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of kidnap after a schoolgirl was grabbed near Wigan.
The 14-year-old was on her way to school at about 8.30am on June 25 when the incident happened.
She was approached by someone who offered her sweets and then tried to grab hold of her.

Police have arrested a 40-year-old man after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted in a public space. The incident is said to have occurred at approximately 2am near a reservoir.The young girl who was attacked is now being supported by specially trained police officers.
