LIVE With Kelly & Ryan fans were quite surprised when Maria Menounos was sitting in Kelly Ripa’s seat during the show’s March 22 episode. There was even further confusion when Maria returned on March 23, with no explanation as to why Kelly was missing. It’s remains unclear whether Kelly will be back on March 24, or if her absence will extend for the week. HollywoodLife has reached out to reps for Kelly and LIVE for comment.

Kelly Ripa‘s clap-back game is too strong. The talk show host, 49, who never backs down from an internet troll, had the best response to a critic who didn’t favor Live with Kelly & Ryan‘s new show trailer, released on August 10. The new teaser (seen below) shows Kelly and Ryan Seacrest getting ready for the show at home — which is where they’ve been filming since the COVID-19 pandemic shut down in-studio production.

Kelly Ripa has managed to log Caribbean vacation time while still hosting Live with Kelly and Ryan each morning. It turns out that she hasn’t been at home in New York while she appears remotely every day.

The former All My Children star got teary-eyed when she mentioned her friend, who died unexpectedly of a massive stroke at the age of 66 on Mar. 28, to Ryan Seacrest, 45, and admitted that the news hit her hard.

Ryan Seacrest may want to head to a doctor! The Live With Kelly & Ryanco-host, 45, took a major fall when he was reaching for balloons falling from the ceiling prior to one of the show’s segments. When Ryan reached for a balloon falling behind his high-top style chair, he completely fell backwards, taking his chair with him! Shocked, Ryan’s co-host Kelly Ripa turned around to help him up, along with one of the show’s production assistants.
