Chocolate lovers might be able to get their hands on bargain snacks as Asda reduces prices for some of its Christmas-themed stock.
Supermarket shoppers were able to take advantage of the price-slashed sweets, which included a large box of chocolates which costed only 25p. And the bargains that were shared online included popular brands such as Cadburys, Matchmakers and Reece's.
The reduced products were posted on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a Facebook group in which savvy shoppers share the best deals that they spot.
A user on the popular page wrote: "Asda matchmakers, after eights and reeces 25p each bar of Cadburys a quid n box of Cadburys 3 quid."
The post received well over 200 likes and more than 100 comments as fellow shoppers shared some of the bargains that they got.
One commenter wrote: "I got 6 big tubs of quality street for £2 each.
"Cadbury Xmas puds were 10p each, Cadbury chocolate sticks 30p a box, Cadbury chunks/crunchue bite refil packs 1.25, loads of bargains."
Another added: "My sons been buying [Reece's white trees] at £1 a pack for the past few weeks so we stocked up now that there reduced to 25p."
A third seemingly loved the look of these bargains, as they jokingly said: "i must not go to the shops, i must not go to the shops."
While these bargains offer shoppers great savings, they could vary from store to store as branches will have different amounts of Christmas stock that they need to shift. You often can't check these reductions online either, but it's worth keeping in mind if you were already planning on popping to the shops.
The bargains come amid Boxing Day sales, which will see prices slashed now that Christmas is in the rear-view mirror.
