Shirley Ballas revealed she sprained her wrist while joking around with two of her pals. The Strictly Come Dancing judge decided to slide down the stairs on a rug but it ended in disaster. Taking to Instagram today, Shirley, 62, shared a video with an ice pack on her hand as she mused over the incident.
"I sprained my hand coming down on the magic carpet with this one," as she panned the camera across to her pal Nathan. She went on: "It was a beautiful ride but yes I have sprained my wrist coming down on my tummy. "The BBC favourite explained she performed the stunt for a TikTok video but resulted it in an injury.
"So watch out for the TikTok video since I'm a bit of a daredevil and I'll try anything," Shirley chuckled. "And this one," she mused, pointing to her other pal, Sam, "he filmed it. "The Strictly judge also took to Twitter and shared a sweet photo alongside her pals as they popped out for a meal.
She tweeted: "Thank you for the memories. Ten years of living together. Re United after four years.
