Strictly Come Dancing 2021 winners Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice are reuniting for a very important reason. The ballroom champions have confirmed they will be getting back together for a one-off appearance more than a month after they finished their victory lap on the Strictly tour. The BBC has announced that Rose and Giovanni are among the special celebrity guests lined up for this year's Red Nose Day show on Friday, March 18 on BBC One.
The duo will perform their waltz to Ellie Goulding's 'How Long Will I Love You' from the semis. This live appeal will broadcast from MediaCity UK in Salford featuring the Strictly couple and scores of the country's biggest names raising money for the most vulnerable in the UK. Comedy legends French and Saunders will reunite for a special Red Nose Day edition of The Repair Shop, while there will be other appearances from Doctor Who legend David Tennant, Sir Lenny Henry, Alesha Dixon, Zoe Ball and Paddy McGuinness.
A live prize raffle will feature The Masked Singer's Joel Dommett and Strictly Come Dancing's AJ Odudu giving away some incredible gifts to the nation. Plus, Jack Whitehall plays a round of celebrity mini-golf, Fantastic Beasts stars Jude Law and Eddie Redmayne surprise some young fans, Little Britain's Matt Lucas and David Walliams bring back their Rock Profile and Kylie Minogue appears in a Ghosts sketch. Viewers will get some celebrity bedtime stories with Stephen Fry, as well as Sandi Toksvig's celebrity QI featuring comedy favourites Alan Davies, Jo Brand, Sally Phillips and Guz Khan.

Game of Thrones star Kit Harington has teamed up with actors David Tennant and Adrian Lester to support an urgent Ukraine humanitarian campaign. The trio of stars will appear in TV and radio clips filmed by the Disasters Emergency Committee launched on Thursday March 3.The DEC brings together 15 UK aid charities to raise funds which will be distributed to charities responding on the ground, providing Ukranians with food, water and shelter.Trigger Point star Adrian, 53, said: “It is easy to feel powerless in the face of so much catastrophic human need, but you can help.” He added that the charities involved in the DEC were already working in Ukraine or neighbouring countries, “preparing to scale up their operations.” The UK Government will match pound-for-pound up to £20 million donated by the public to this appeal.The Queen is already known to have given a "generous donation" to the appeal.
