I've got a very obvious handicap, but I have got rhythm and I was a freestyle disco dancer when I was a kid and I used to dance with my sister at our auntie's dance school in Bristol and on top of all the muscle memory that I've got inside of me, which is really important. "When you've had any sort of training, whatever it is, it's in your muscles and you can access it really quickly. My memory's also really good for repetition as well.
"The problem with bringing freestyle disco dancing into this, the music is techno and it's not fun to hear. So maybe there could be a few runs and kicks but I think we should just stick with Dave Arch and his amazing orchestra and not bring out Robert Miles' Children!"
