Todd Spangler NY Digital EditorSpotify is unleashing three original comedy podcasts, including a high-concept scripted show from “Saturday Night Live” alum Fred Armisen.In “The Sketch Factor,” Armisen (“Portlandia,” “Documentary Now!”) plays Xandor Szavost, an inventor, philanthropist and billionaire who’s using his fortune to finance an audio sketch-comedy competition for his own amusement. Each three-to-five minute episode features a sketch to be judged by Xandor.

Stephen Curry's Unanimous Media has bolstered its film and TV production team by promoting Jenelle Lindsay to executive vp and hiring documentary maker Brian Tetsuro Ivie as creative producer. Lindsay, who joined the production banner founded by Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry and Erick Peyton in 2018 as vp development, was the first hire at Unanimous.
