A Stella-drinking thug attacked his pregnant girlfriend and threatened to ‘kick the baby out of her stomach’. Anthony Breame, 34, strangled and headbutted her during the vile rampage - and then broke another woman's jaw just months later.
Breame, of Oldham, was found guilty of two offences of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, grievous bodily harm, burglary with intent to cause GBH and threats to kill after a two-week trial.
Yesterday he was jailed for 10 years with an extended three years on licence. Manchester Crown Court heard of a number of terrifying attacks.

During the first incident in March 2020, Breame set up on the woman after learning that she’d had sex with another man before they got together. “The defendant flew into a rage, pulled her by the hair, got on top of her and strangled her,” prosecutor Alexandra Sutton said. "The woman was still able to breathe, but he then dragged her onto the bed and sat astride her before strangling her again."
“A significant amount of force was used causing her to gasp for air, at which he stated he would kill her. At this point he struck her across the face, punched her and headbutted her forehead,” Ms Sutton continued.
Breame then snapped his mobile phone in half before launching it at her which hit her foot as she tried to defend herself. He then threw the can of Stella he was drinking at her. The woman was eight-weeks pregnant at the time, the court heard.
During the attack, he had pocket dialled the man who could hear the woman screaming and shouting at Breame to stop and saying she was sorry.
Months later, in November, he returned to her house and was banging on the door
