Santa’s Grotto at a Scots hotel resort have tested positive for coronavirus sparking a warning to visitors. Hotel guests and members of the public who took part in ‘festive activities’ at the Macdonald Aviemore Resort since December 11 are being warned to be alert for virus symptoms.
