ITV's popular daytime show Loose Women has been cancelled today in a TV schedule shake-up after the Queen’s death. This is to ensure the maximum coverage of the many significant events in the royal calendar since the death of the monarch, aged 96, on Thursday, 8 September.Today, Good Morning Britain aired as usual from 6am to 9am, followed by Lorraine at 9am.This Morning also aired at its usual time of 10am but will finish at an earlier time of 12pm to make way for an extended ITV News Special which will cover The King’s Tour - Northern Ireland - meaning Loose Women's usual slot at 12.30pm will not go ahead.The lunchtime news will then take place at 1.30pm with live coverage of Queen Elizabeth II - Return To The Palace scheduled for 4pm.
