Lucy Mecklenburgh was treated to an incredible birthday brunch on Sunday, the day before she turned 29.The former TOWIE star's fiancé Ryan Thomas put together the surprise Italian themed bash which was filled with their family and close friends like Lydia Bright and Scott Thomas. As well as the stunning floral decorations, a tasty looking cake and a three-course meal, Lucy was also serenaded by her step-daughter Scarlett Thomas.
