The Spice Girls have paid an emotional tribute to Danielle Hampson after she died suddenly before her wedding to X-Factor star Tom Mann. Tom posted an update to his Instagram on Monday to announce that Dani, his fiancée and mother to his eight-month old child, Bowie, had passed away suddenly in the early hours of Saturday, June 18. Since confirming his partner's tragic passing, a number of celebrities have come forward with tributes for Dani - who worked as a dancer as well as a PR Executive - working with artists such as Little Mix and Take That.
Another group that she worked with was the Spice Girls, who have since posted a tribute to her on their social media, with Geri Halliwell posting an additional tribute on hers. On the main Spice Girls account, they posted to their story showing Dani dancing as part of the Spiceworld 2019 tour.They wrote: "We were very saddened to hear of the passing of Dani Hampson, who was part of the Spiceworld 2019 family. Sending love and strength to Tom, Bowie, and Dani's family and friends." Meanwhile, Geri posted a photo of Dani dancing alongside her to her main Instagram grid with "Dani forever in our thoughts" written on the photo.
She captioned the post: "Rest in Peace Dani. We love you. From all of House of Ginger." Another Spice Girl, Mel C, commented on Geri's post writing "Devastating" with a broken heart emoji.
