On one occasion he molested the girl and on another he attacked her with intent to rape her after repeatedly trying to take her trousers off and exposed himself at a house in Dundee.
Summers, of Dundee, also had sex with a 14-year-old girl at wasteland at the rear of an Iceland shop in his home city in March last year.
