Kate Middleton has once again shown off her maternal side as she cooed over babies in Northern Ireland. Mum-of-three Kate and husband Prince William, both 40, first stopped off in Belfast for their day-long visit to the region. As well as showing their long-standing support for mental health advocacy by visiting the Public Initiative for Prevention of Suicide and Self Harm (PIPS), the royal pair chatted to members of the public outside the establishment – where Kate was undeniably drawn towards some adorable young faces.

Kate, who wore a stunning yellow Karen Millen dress for the engagement, was at the hospital to hear more about the holistic support it provides to pregnant women and new mothers to ensure they receive the best possible care throughout and beyond their pregnancies.

Kate Middleton kicked off her Wednesday with a little baby fever! The Princess of Wales marked her first solo engagement since the death of Queen Elizabeth with a visit to the maternity unit at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.  The princess was vibrant in a yellow dress by Karen Millen. Kate’s visit gave her a chance to speak with the staff about the work they are doing to support pregnant women and mothers.

It has been a very busy period for the new Prince and Princess of Wales, who have had to balance their move from Kensington Palace to Windsor while settling their three children in at their new school.They have also been grieving the death of 40 year old William's grandmother, the Queen, who passed away on September 8. Prince William and Kate Middleton made their first official visit to Wales with their newly minted titles. On Tuesday, the Prince and Princess of Wales held a series of engagements that saw them meeting with people in the community as well as learning about and visiting local charitable organizations.  The trip also marked the end of the official royal mourning period -- following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
