They got engaged back in January, and now Selling Sunset’s Vanessa Villela and her fiancé Nick Hardy have opened up about their wedding plans. Revealing they are planning a “theatrical” big day, Nick said the putting together their nuptials has turned into a “full-time job”. Speaking on the Three on Thursday podcast with Vanessa, he said: “The wedding has turned into a full-time job at the moment.
“We've got the most beautiful venue in San Diego, it's like just a dream place. It's a mix between Moroccan and Italian and Spanish vibes, it's just lovely. “We've got all of our family coming over from Manchester and all of our friends.
It's going to be a super intimate wedding, but very theatrical. "We've got some incredible things happening, lots of lovely surprises, it should absolutely be a day to remember.” And as for whether or not their wedding will feature on the sixth series of Selling Sunset, photographer Nick, who popped the question at the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, added: “We are getting everything documented so watch this space…” It won’t be the first time a cast member’s wedding has been featured on the show, with Mary Fitzgerald, Christine Quinn and Heather Rae Young’s nuptials all appearing on the Netflix reality show. Last series fans saw Vanessa’s fiancé, who is from Manchester, appear on the series for the first time when he showed up at The Oppenheim Group office and gifted the 44 year old with a promise ring. The pair met virtually during the Covid pandemic and had to get to know each other over Zoom and FaceTime.
