Former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt stunned in a green ensemble on Tuesday as she and her boyfriend attended Ekin-Su Culculoglu's The Party Edit launch. While attending the event with Beauty Works at the Hotel Cafe Royal in London, the TV personality was photographed wearing a green silk mini dress that featured wide-cut sleeves and a matching waist strap. Scarlett, 31, paired the dress with a pair of open-toed heels and a shimmering green bag.The I’m a Celeb champion was joined by her boyfriend Scott Dobinson, 37, who opted for a navy blazer and trouser combo with a graphic tee underneath.
