He is also a well-known TV presenter, having hosted various programs for Norway’s public broadcaster NRK, including “Karate,” “Kyrre” and “P3morgen.”Johannessen was the head writer for the 2017 satirical comedy series “Folkevalgt” (“Elected”) for Norwegian broadcaster TV2, which follows nine young politicians from different parties fighting for a seat in Norway’s Parliament.

The versatile Academy Award-winner Charlize Theron has done her share of prestige dramas, studio comedies, and offbeat indies. But she might be best known for her action movies.

Uma Thurman (Kill Bill) and Henry Golding (Crazy Rich Asians) have joined the cast of Netflix and Skydance’s anticipated comic book sequel, The Old Guard 2. They’re set to star alongside returning cast members Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Veronica Ngo and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

“Scale is not about market cap or about how much money you spend on content. It’s about how much money you spend on content that resonate with audiences,” Shari Redstone told Paramount shareholders, promising the company has the scale to compete in a cutthroat media world that’s seen significant M&A over the past year.
