Ryan Thomas flaunts incredible fitness transformation after 'intense' 12 weeks of training

Former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas has shown off the incredible results of 12 weeks of "intense training" as he prepares takes part in new ITV show, The Games. Dad-of-two Ryan, 37, who has a third child on the way, flaunted off his six-pack and toned torso as he posed in the gym in just a pair of tight blue shorts, and a wooly hat.
Ryan will go head-to-head with 12 other super-fit celebs in a range of sporting challenges as part of the series which airs for the first time on Monday night.The six male and six female contestants will compete in the athletics arena, the swimming pool, gymnasium and velodrome with the hope of racking up points on the medals table and eventually being crowned Champion of The Games. Those taking part in the show, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Andrew Flintoff, include current Corrie star Colson Smith, Harry Potter actor Josh Herdman, author, model and National Autistic Society ambassador Christine McGuinness, newsreader Lucrezia Millarini and Emmerdale actor Rebecca Sarker.
Love Island stars Olivia Attwood and Wes Nelson, influencer – and daughter of Spice Girls star Mel B – Phoenix Gulzar-Brown, ex-Strictly professional Kevin Clifton, The Wanted's Max George, and songwriter Chelcee Grimes will also feature. As well as live coverage of the events from London's Crystal Palace, ITV has said each episode will feature the celebrities' preparation as they're taught a number of different sports from scratch.
