Alec Baldwin, armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed and assistant director Dave Halls have been named in a lawsuit stemming from the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of "Rust."  Hutchins was fatally shot, and director Joel Souza was wounded when a gun that was held by Baldwin to rehearse a scene fired, discharging a live round.
