Meghan Markle's pal and expert Omid Scobie has been slammed by royal fans after his opinion piece mentioned 'embellished tales' ahead of the Queen's Jubilee.

As part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June, working members of the Royal Family are expected to join the Queen and younger royals on a balcony at Buckingham Palace for Trooping the Colour. However, non-working family members like Prince Harry, Meghan, and Prince Andrew who will be invited to the other events, including a service of thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral, will not be part of those standing on the balcony.

Meghan's biographer Mr Scobie waded into the controversy of who will or will not appear on the balcony with an opinion piece titled "The Queen deserves better for her Jubilee than obsessing over family drama."According to Mr Scobie, the decision on who appears on the balcony and who doesn't is a "fuss," with him adding that the only working royals have been invited shouldn't be a surprise.
